I’m passionate about helping leaders lead with authenticity, intention, and heart - fostering cultures where people and ideas thrive. I’m a Certified Executive Coach and seasoned organizational development consultant with over 18 years of experience across the public and private sectors.

I support executives in navigating complexity with a grounded, strategic, and human-centred approach, helping them manage change, strengthen communication, and cultivate high-performing teams.

Drawing on multidisciplinary expertise in leadership development, strategic communication, and organizational change, I help clients enhance their leadership presence, influence, and effectiveness. I encourage leaders to pause, focus on what matters, and harness insight and creativity to achieve strategic goals.

I work with high-performing, values-driven leaders to deepen emotional and social intelligence, enabling them to inspire trust, engage teams, leverage collective strengths, and achieve tangible organizational results.

My coaching style is warm and intuitive, using thoughtful questions to invite reflection, new perspectives, and deeper insight. Clients describe my coaching as a calm, insightful space that supports clarity, confidence, and purposeful action.

My academic background includes a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick.

I’ve always believed that work should be a place where people feel respected, supported, and able to contribute their best. And at the heart of that is leadership - not just the titles or responsibilities, but the everyday relationships that shape how people feel and how they work together.


I believe leadership is ultimately about communication, trust, and the way we make people feel in our presence. That belief guides everything I do.

My Story.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen how quickly teams can struggle when communication breaks down - and how powerfully they can transform when it becomes intentional, honest, and human.


After nearly two decades of coaching leaders, supporting organizational change, and guiding teams through growth, one truth has remained constant: people want to feel heard, valued, and capable.

I’ve learned that communication and trust are the real levers of performance. When people feel safe to speak up, collaborate openly, and bring their strengths forward, everything shifts - for the individual and for the organization.

My work grew out of a desire to help people experience those shifts. Whether I’m strengthening a team’s culture, supporting a quiet, thoughtful leader to find their voice, or lending mine to a brand story, my purpose is the same: 

To help ideas, messages, and people be heard in ways that truly matter.
